Sagar Kumar told that the financial condition of the house was not good. Therefore, after completing intermediate studies, he went out in search of employment. With the help of a friend, he got employment in a bakery, where he started making cakes. While there, I learned the intricacies of cake making. During this time a thought came to my mind that there is no cake shop near the village. This business can flourish. After this, he decided to prepare cakes and sell them himself and came back to the village. There was a shortage of money, so he took a loan of Rs 10 lakh from the Chief Minister Udyami Yojana and set up a cake and bakery business. Due to providing good quality, it created its own identity in a very short time. He told that eggs are not used in making cakes. Therefore anyone can eat it.
Prepares more than 50 varieties of cakes
Sagar told that many varieties of cakes are available here. In which more than 50 varieties of cakes are made and sold including Pine Apple, Vanilla, Strawberry, Blueberry, Water Scotch, Choco Chips, Chocolate, Chocolate Sweets, German Crunch, Choco Crunch. He told that the special thing is that if you buy any cake, it will cost only Rs 250. He told that two brothers work together to make the cake and make the cake by hand. Before making the cake, other ingredients including bread are bought from outside. After this, the bread is prepared and the cream used in the cake is made in the mixer machine. After this, they make different types of designs with their own hands and sell them in the market. Sagar told that he produces 35 to 40 pieces in a day. From here cake goes to the surrounding areas including Banka. They earn Rs 7 lakh annually from this cake business.
